Having us drive to your home will carry a processing fee to cover the distance traveled by the estimator. There is a $150 fee for the Metro Orlando area. Please call to inquire about the processing fee if you live in an area outside of Orlando. Please note that if you hire us to remodel your home, the fee will be applied towards your balance.
Once our staff member arrives, he/she will spend up to an hour with you, going over every inch of your space and proposing a few design ideas that suit it best. Before leaving, you will be given an estimate based on your needs, the room, and the design options given.
